Change Management Fundamental Basics “Gangnam THE ROCK Style” – Part 68

Christiano will learn over time that during periods of change, organizations should promote the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate that “Complex Traumatic Neurological Kick (CTNK)” tends to manifest in weird, strange, unusual, chaotic or stupid thoughts like a brain tied in knots such that one’s colleagues should unify and talk straight about yelp advising the ill person to seek professional help.

In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals contaminated with “Complex Traumatic Neurological Kick (CTNK) Syndrome” as a by product of significant change.

It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by contamination of the mass with “Complex Traumatic Neurological Kick (CTNK) Syndrome” as opposed to a “Unified Straight Talk Energetic (USTE) Syndrome”.

In this New World Order (NWO) where there are persistent changes, be it through mergers and acquisitions or restructurings and reorganizations, the only constant which is assured over time is that of change. In order to be able to compete in this New World Order (NWO), there is one of two generic techniques.

The first technique which I refer to as “Complex Traumatic Neurological Kick (CTNK) Syndrome” is predicated on the notion that when one feels threatened, in either fact or appearance, of losing their job, their home, their family, their wealth or any other “Raison D’Être”, one’s innate savage survival instincts tend to kick in, whereby one commences to complicate the simple because of a psychological trauma, which contaminates one’s neurological make up, such that one commences kicking with low blows or kicks to the breasts, until one’s perceived competitive threat is knocked unconscious and has lost their breath.

For example, if one was raised in a war torn country as a child and witnessed bombings, killings and other massacres first hand, one may easily be traumatized subsequently in life by warped reasoning of the post-traumatic stress kind.

Further to this example, if one witnessed children being brutally mishandled during civil war time, then if a stranger compliments the looks of one’s child, one may somehow misinterpret a simple compliment into some sort of malicious threat if one is experiencing duress and stress as a result of potential workforce reduction press.

As a second example, if a model law abiding, polite, diplomatic and charismatic leader sends someone their regards, one may somehow misinterpret a simple greeting into some kind of malicious threat if one is experiencing duress and stress as a result of potential workforce reduction press.

As is evident from my Hyperboles above, this type of approach is destructive, counterproductive and chaotic by its nature. For the record, Hyperbole is defined as the use of exaggeration as a rhetorical device or figure of speech. Hyperboles may be used to evoke strong feelings or to create strong impressions but they are not meant to be taken literally.

Now I would like to focus on the second technique which I refer to as “Unified Straight Talk Energetic (USTE) Syndrome” whereby if one commences thinking weirdly, strangely, unusually, chaotically or stupidly, one’s colleagues unify and talk straight advising the person to seek professional help so that the person may return energetically after rehabilitation before that person contaminates the mass with a “Complex Traumatic Neurological Kick (CTNK)” to everyone’s ass.

In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate that “Complex Traumatic Neurological Kick (CTNK)” tends to manifest in weird, strange, unusual, chaotic or stupid thoughts like a brain tied in knots such that one’s colleagues should unify and talk straight about yelp advising the ill person to seek professional help.
